Senior Officer - Sales Trainer - Auto

- Responsible for overall planning, organizing and implementation of Training & SSI activities at all dealerships across India

- Budget Planning and Execution for Training & SSI

- Coordination and reporting from Training partners and other assisting vendors

- Managing and maintaining relations with JD Power and other Rating and Survey Agencies

- Revising Sales process considering and analyzing the Competition and Best practices

- Compiling and presenting Management Reports for all Regions on all Training and SSI related activities

- Dealership Visits and Process Checks (Audits) at Dealerships to check the company set guidelines and policies

- Organizing Regional, Zonal and National Conferences and Meets including Weak Dealers Review at various platforms

- Responsible for execution of Customer Meets, resolving customer complaints and other related activities in all regions

- Preparing Action plans and corrective measures for Non Performing Regions and Dealers
