- To own overall operational responsibility/ accountability of one or more assigned processes, oversee SLA delivery, effectively manage relevant stakeholders, costs and change initiatives and synergize benefits across processes, lead in the implementation of Transformation/Transition/Migration plans with respect to process/resource capacities for assigned processes.  Primary Responsibilities :  - Drive on-time, accurate and quality service delivery within agreed upon SLAs for multiple processes  - Ensure the achievement of the financial targets for the cost centre  - Manage the departmental/OPEX budget for concerned teams  - Visualize system requirements and articulate the same in the form of a functionality requirement document for IT  - Review and establish FTE requirements, team structures, span of control and resource / shift plans  - Review and ensure that standard operating procedures are followed  - Review, manage exceptions, execute on time and manage FTE requirements  - Expand scope of operations to add value to the customer  - Lead quality and productivity initiatives  - Initiate and Facilitate Process improvement initiatives/Projects   - Review, manage exceptions, ensure timely execution of transformation/transition / migration activities  - Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to the Operations Managers  - Own rewards and recognition schemes for the assigned processes / teams  - Conduct skip level meetings with team members, and resolve escalated disputes and conflicts  - Liaise with the recruitment team for recruiting new team members  - Manage client relationships and escalations  - Effectively liaise with senior management to get sign offs for process improvement initiatives  - Own and ensure the execution of the Reward and Recognition budget  - Own weekly Management reports and highlight relevant areas  - Has responsibility for a business unit, a function or a large project within a business area. Is a cost centre manager and is solely responsible for the management of at least one client relationship.   - Has responsibility for business unit performance, including service level agreement targets.
