Senior Manager - Underwriting/Tech Accounting/Operations - P&C Domain

Hiring for an MNC based in Gurgaon for Senior Manager- Underwriting/Tech Accounting/ Operations (P&C Domain).

Company : With offices in the United States and India, they are the global provider of insurance and consulting services for new and growing insurance companies, reinsurance companies, brokers, managing general agencies (MGAs) and program administrators across all lines of property and casualty (P&C) insurance.

Location : Gurgaon

Position : Senior Manager- Underwriting/Tech Accounting/ Operations (P&C Domain)

Requirement : The candidate should be working as a Manager since last 2.5 years or as a Sr Manager since 1 year

We have multiple openings for Underwriting team, Tech Accounting- Collection team and Operations team, kindly find below the JDs accordingly :

JD 1 :

Process Management :

- Ensuring that the entire gamut of functions for Order to Cash including Premium Booking, invoicing, collecting payment, is carried out by the team in efficient manner.

- Maintaining records for statistical analysis and preparing daily, weekly, monthly reports by consolidating the data collected; creating & publishing dash boards for senior management's review

- Ensuring the adherence to Client SLAs, understanding client requirements and ensuring required delivery.

- Coordination with various stake holders.

- Initiating daily/ weekly / monthly calls with clients to ensure smooth Process Hygiene.

- Managing team and ensuring quality and productivity targets are met.

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and distribute to the Management team.

- Monitoring the overall functioning of processes, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to maximise customer satisfaction level.

- Assessing the customer feedback, evaluating areas of improvements & providing critical feedback to the associates on improvements and achieving higher customer satisfaction matrices.

- Providing coaching and feedback to team members to enable them to improve their performance.

JD 2 :

Job Responsibilities :

- The client comes first, Responsibly conduct client interactions with necessary reports highlighting efforts, result and bottlenecks

- Team's growth, Focus should be on knowledge driven growth for the team

- Building a pipeline, Identify pivotal employees and nurture them to become the second line managers

- Hiring,Support innovation in hiring strategies for finding the best talent pool

- Strategy, Managing the entire technical accounting process for a key insurance client globally. Lead the invoicing, collections & cash application

- Improvements,Optimize productivity and drive accuracy and knowledge improvements

Qualifications & Skills :

- Extensive knowledge of the P&C Insurance business - 7-10 years

- Team leading exposure (5+ years) - Should have managed teams of atleast 40-50 people (specialists + managers)

- Hands on expertise in accounting & collections processes

- Experience in handling collection via brokers and resolving broker/customer enquiries i.e. providing customer service for Reconciliations & Collection

JD 3 :

Job Responsibilities :

Qualifications & Skills :

- Extensive knowledge of the P&C Insurance and Re-insurance business with exposure to thriving insurance markets like Asia and ANZ (8-10 years)

- Comprehensive Team leading exposure (5+ years) with a proven record of exemplary customer satisfaction

- High degree of competency in project management

- Awareness of market trends and technology solutions best suited for the client
