Looking for a Sr. Manager - Collections ( Telephonic)  Summary:  Primary objective is to supervise and manage Tele collections team & to deliver continuous results, drive improvement through initiatives, identify gaps and fix them.  Key Responsibilities: -   - Should be able to manage the day to day planning, Operational challenges, problem-solving of at eamo fagents.  - Deliver SLA & KPI  - Manage & motivate a large team of outbound operator.   - Manage the Collection process ( 0 - 4 Buckets )  - Provide various collection reports to collection team to track their performance and have more effective collection framework.  - Delivery of team collection targets, service level components, quality and productivity targets & indicators. People Management, including all HR relate issues, as well as staff development.  - Operational Management: Managing the floor, adherence to schedule.  - Call monitoring, coaching and feedback, responsible for delivery of the defined customer experience in every call.  - Training and development of staff, Motivation, leadership for a team Leaders agents and developing future leaders.  - Recommendations for product and process development base don customer feed back and analysis of the same.  - Implement new strategies to reduce flows. Initiate effective tools to enhance collections by way of dialer strategies, productivity enhancement, calls, SMS and voice messages. Contribute at least one new initiative every quarter   - Ensure all audit items are in place and no adverse comments on audit done by external or internal auditors for the year. Put in place a complaint and query management cell for secured products. Ensure all SLA's agreed to are met on a monthly basis.  Desired Profile :  - 10-13 Years of experience in Tele Collections / Outbound/ Operations BPO collections  - Candidates with experience in NBFC/Banks/ BFSI only should apply.   - Prior Team Handling Experience of 3-8 years is a must.  - Computer literacy: internet, email, MS Excel, MS Power Point.
