Department Overview :
- The Human Resources Department at the clients end is a cumulative force of sub functions such as Talent Acquisition, Business HR Partnering, Talent Management, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits. HR has leverage in setting up Policy & Processes across employee life cycle in the company . The HR team is highly noted for its candidate experience, effective training and the culture it spreads across the organization.
Role Overview :
The Sr. Manager - Talent Acquisition is responsible for overseeing the overall recruitment needs of the region. Attracting, selecting and fulfilling open positions in the region and managing stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Owning key hiring requisitions for the region and fulfilling the open positions.
- Sourcing and screening candidates and conducting interviews.
- Extensively using internal and external sourcing channels like internal job postings, employee referral programme, Linked IN etc. for all hiring needs.
- Exploring the market best practices and using appropriate technology solutions for smooth and speedy functioning of day-to-day requirements of recruitment function.
- Negotiating and signing MOUs with external sourcing firms (Vendor management) such as consultancy firms with strong and latest governing standards.
- Responsible for following up with candidates, salary negotiation and background verification.
- Ensuring usage of updated job descriptions at all times.
- Providing regular management reports and metrics on overall recruitment functions.

Education and Experience : Graduate in any discipline and MBA HR from one of the premier schools, with minimum 6 years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition or any other sub stream of HR function with minimum 3 years plus of TA experience.
