Key Accountabilities and Desired Performance Results
Strategic Business Partnership : Establish stronger partnership with Hiring Managers, more consultative approach & build cross organization connections
- Provide strategic inputs to business leaders as their talent consultant and incorporate business workforce needs into operational hiring plans effectively
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with client for partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility
- Understand client priorities and brings together Sourcing, Recruiting, Resource management team to develop holistic solution
- Share insight on the market, prospective talent and pipeline to deliver against needs
- Generates best practices and provide new and innovative solutions to complex problems e.g. quality of talent, innovative hiring models, specialized & niche roles hiring capability, talent pipeline building & enhancing employment brand.
- Interview and contribute to the assessment, selection and on-boarding of mid senior & senior level hiring
Develop and Execute Recruiting Plans in partnership with Sourcing, Operations & Business HR Advisors
- Develop and monitor the recruitment strategy to ensure optimum resource utilization and performance against agreed SLAs
- Create specific market mapping to be conducted for aligned business as and when required
- Effectively utilize recruitment sources like Source- Train- Hire, Job Boards, Job portals, external recruiting vendors, employee referrals, campus hiring program & Social Media channels etc.
- Create and execute Social Media Engagement plan to enhance Aon's brand to attract talent
Enhance metrics to deliver market and client impact :
- Drive hiring conversion by assessing overall capability of team, process, quality of profiles
- Drive Data integrity in team and 100 % compliance on all processes. Conduct monthly audit on compliance to TA processes.
- SLA Monitoring: Monitor team's SLA and identify opportunity areas to improve time to fill
- Responsible for annual Recruitment budget for aligned business and oversees recruiting program expenses
- Lead recruitment review meetings with clients
Team Management :
- Driving Results through team of sourcers & recruiters across multiple centers
- Manage work bench of recruiters basis work-load and capability
- Build Domain experts & SMEs in the team
FORMAL EDUCATION & CERTIFICATION QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- MBA Degree Preferred
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE :
- 12+ year work experience in Talent Acquisition
