One of the leading business conglomerate having diverse business presence across various sectors is in the process of hiring a Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition for Mumbai location.   Reports to - Head HR  The Senior Manager Talent Acquisition shall be responsible for managing the end-to-end Talent Acquisition Process across all levels of the business which involves Manpower Planning and Forecasting, Preparing the Job descriptions, Sourcing & pre-screening of relevant profiles, Interview coordination, Background Checks, Compensation Negotiation and Timely Closure of Manpower Targets.  Area of responsibilities :  - Requisition Requirement, Creation & Processing:  - To assist the hiring managers in sharing a structured hiring request through approved Request to Hire (RTH) & detailed JD.  - To understand the requirement from the hiring manager & accordingly source the relevant candidates through Internal sources (Talent Pool, Employee Referral, Job portal)  - To pre-screen the shortlisted profiles & share the same with the hiring manager. Follow up on the feedback.  - To schedule the interviews of the shortlisted candidates after checking the availability of the hiring manager, candidate.  - Manpower Planning & Budgeting  - Partner with departments for finalization of manpower requirements based on the annual business plan   - Manage and update organization structure in line with business priorities and manning approval  - Analyze HR budget vs. actual on monthly and quarterly basis  - Organizational Excellence  - To develop & maintain the talent pools of profiles for PAN India on various positions & monitor it regularly.   - Identifying internal candidates to fill new or vacant positions. Activities may include reviewing internal job postings, employee referrals and talent pool.  - Talent Acquisition Reporting  - To prepare the consolidated weekly tracker & discuss the hiring status on weekly calls.   - To ensure the recruitment tracker is uploaded into the e-room before 2nd of every month.  - To prepare monthly report on the hiring status & monitor the positions closed through different sources.  - Background & Reference  - Initiating the background & reference checks on employment candidates  - Vendor Management  - Employer Branding & Campus Hiring.  Education :  MBA (Human Resources)  Experience :  8 - 12 years of experience into Talent Acquisition, currently working as a Corporate HR.
