Reporting To - Head Strategy & Performance Monitoring, Group Investment Management
Qualifications : B.Tech with MBA or MBA from Premier B School
Primary Skills : Strategic Management, Finance and Control
Secondary Skills : Statutes and Acts.
Criticality of the role to the business - Managing Cluster of Investment Portfolio of the organization in Group Companies.
Objectives :
- Developing, leading, operating, marketing and financial trends, strategy, performance of cluster of Group Company.
- Turning around and Restructuring
- Perform Portfolio Management
Major Deliverables :
- Facilitate Group Companies in formulation and aligning their strategy.
- Comprehensive evaluation of the Group Company Strategy, Identify gaps and suggest necessary modifications.
- Perform strategy review of the Group Companies at least once in two years.
- Facilitate the Business Review Committee (BRC) meetings.
- Develop a robust LTP and ABP planning process for the Group Companies and align to strategy.
- Monitor the adherence of Group Companies to the aforementioned process
- Develop a database of leading operating and financial trends for the group.
- Organizing various communication platforms to promote synergies among the Group companies.
