Designation: Senior Manager - Solutions
Reporting to: Functional Leader - Solutions & Commercial
Job Role:
- Process assessments (Due diligence), Process Mapping, solution design, RFP/RFI responses, project management, client management and Deliverable, Including IT, People, Technology, Internal Controls, Process evaluation and Consulting.
- Designing the solution as per the client / process requirement.
- Ensuring the solution proposed is in line with organizational capabilities and deliverable.
- Co-ordination with multiple Teams and Stakeholders.
- Supporting Sales, Presales for the domain, Coordinating and analyzing the bid management process, RFPs / RFIs as per the desired / targeted project/opportunities and strategy.
- Understanding of system capabilities and application platforms. Knowledge of benefits business, including products and services, operations, and delivery.
- Capable of initiating new solutions and finalizing it in coordination with the Clients and internal stakeholders.
CTQs
- 8-12 years of experience
- Experience of managing large customers / complex solutions.
- Preferred to have experience in at least implementing 2-3 ERP/SAP/HRMS database related projects (functional expertise).
- Should be able to interpret requirement from customer to design relevant solutions.
Technical expertise:
- Should be able to work on MS Visio.
- Should be able to work on High level Powerpoint Presentations to be presented at CXO level.
- Good expertise on Excel - Advanced formulas etc.
- Exposure on data crunching, dashboard reporting, analytics and automation of manual reports.
