Sr. Manager Solutions (Head Delivery Techno Functional Consultant)  Key Responsibilities :  - To Manage a team of Project Leads and Handle 6 - 7 Implementation Projects across Clients and Geographies.  - To ensure that the Implementation for a client is a success. This would imply an ability to understand the business processes of the client, have a good understanding of the Product and ensuring a Solution / Data model is created based on the scoping requirements.  - Anchor and Review the Design Document.  - Ensure that the Delivery Process is followed.  - Test the Product.  - Do the User Acceptance Test for the Client.  - Deliver the Training for the go live.  - Project Management Skills (Should have managed Projects and Delivered in time to Clients).  - Integration, A good understanding of Integration of Salesforce to other Systems, with an exposure in deploying API or custom build solutions for integration.  - He should be an Individual who has the Ability to Understand Configuration, basics of coding and logic used in Salesforce.  - Have the ability to Coordinate client calls- maintain follow up and proactive communication with the clients.  - Ensuring all processes for Implementation is adhered to on a consistent basis.  Required competencies :  - Has to have a Salesforce Sales Cloud Certification in Salesforce or an equivalent Certification.  - Work experience of a minimum of 3 to 5 years in Salesforce, with an overall experience of 10 to 15 years.  - Perception and Expectation management capabilities.  - Strong Project management & Team Building skills  - Good Verbal and written communication skills.  - Open to Learning and growth and willing to work hard for the same.  - Strong analytical skills (both qualitative and quantitative) and the ability to collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.  Professional Qualifications :  - Preferable from an Engineering / MBA background.
