We are a head hunting and staffing solution organization, based in Pune and specialize in providing recruitment solutions to major Telecom, FMCG, KPO, Banking, BPO & IT Players for senior positions.

The details are as following:

Company: Leading Brand in Telecom Sector

Position: Solution Specialist - B2B NBFC

Function : Operation

Level : Senior Manager

Location: Mumbai/Pune

Salary: Negotiable

Why this position exist-

- Solution Architects are the team members who take charge of all complex solution business from the sales team once the opportunity is identified. Post that they play the role of Techno commercial interface with the customer and company. Right from understanding the requirement till executing it is under solutions architect's key deliverables.

- To Lead the Solutions team within SME; Team objective would be to facilitate sales / CRM by helping them in presales activity, understanding customer requirement, provide customized solutions and explain the benefits to customer.; to increase cross selling of products to existing customers; to help provide value effective solutions. This position is required mainly for complex and multiproduct solutions.

KRA

- Develop the B2B wallet proposition for NBFC

- Liaise with the DOCOMO Enterprise team and create a pipeline for the Solution.

- Help pitch the solution to Business Heads/CEO/CFO the mRUPEE wallet proposition.

- Engage with the internal teams roll the solutions to the customer once the agreement is signed.

- Focus on Value Maximization from the account - Farming / look at ways of promoting the product inside the organization

- Participate/Conduct Business Reviews with the corporate and Regional Teams of TTSL Enterprise Team.

- Be the voice of the customer inside the organization and help build a customer centric process to support these customer

Accountability:

- With Product & BD Head

- Sharing Product notes and acquisition plan aligned with business

- Business Development plan for the FY & execution strategy

- Funnel Sharing/discussions

- With Technology

- Share the plan for platform integration, Access channel, customer use cases, wire frame feedback etc.

- With Sales Operations

- Share and discuss Customer acquisition plan and distribution reach so as to achieve desired results

Other Responsibility:

- Engagement with prospects to explore new opportunities

- Work with Technical team for developing solutions on access channels and service flows.

- Review the biz performance in terms of coverage, revenues and costs regularly and take corrective actions.

- Leveraging the TTSL Enterprise reach.

Qualification & Relevant Experience:

- BE/B-Tech / MBA with 10 years of experience

Requirement:

- Possess highly developed interpersonal skills, including high level written and verbal communication skills

- Have a proven high level of dedication and commitment.

- Flexibility and prioritization

- Should have multitasking capabilities

- Be results-oriented and driven

- Display a proven ability to work under pressure

- Be a team player that communicates openly, directly and diplomatically
