Senior Manager - Sales & Marketing - Pharma

We need a candidate for Sales & Marketing senior role from Pharma Industry only, language knowing French is must. Africa exposure will be an added advantage.

Responsible for selling of the products with good communication with doctors & chemist with launching HQ and getting the target achieved.

- Good in team building & Evaluating team member's performance & activities on regular basis. All the RBM's / ABM's will be reporting to this position

- Developing the people skills align with organisation's vision ( Coaching & Guiding ).

- Excellent rapport with key customers & driving the performance through them.

- Engaging the Key opinion Leaders & Key Business leaders in academic forums.

- Implementing all medical & marketing activities in the market.

Will be reporting to VP- Sales in HQ Dubai
