Senior Manager (Sales Development)  Looking for a Senior Manager, Sales Development with a proven track record of building and managing lead generation/qualification teams. The position requires an individual with outstanding management skills, passionate about developing teams, defining market strategies,building efficient processes, and driving for results.  As the Senior Manager, Sales Development, you will oversee our Sales Development team and work closely with our sales, marketing, and leadership teams to deliver qualified selling opportunities to our Account Managers.  Job Responsibilities :  - Manage the Sales Development team to develop qualified sales leads and achieve their quarterly goals.  - Drive the sales pipeline necessary to hit annual quotas that impact business revenue (ARR) targets.  - Provide motivation, counselling, skills development and product knowledge development for the Sales Development team with the goal of preparing them for future responsibilities.  - Consistently improve the sales development process to increase efficiency and accountability.  - Define and develop signals and indicators to find the right prospect, at the right time, for the right team.  Requirements :  - 8+ years of experience in a sales development or sales, with success in developing and promoting sales professionals.  - At least 3 years of leadership/management experience.  - An intrinsic drive to be successful.
