Designation: Senior Manager-Recruitment

Location: Bangalore/Mumbai
Roles & Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment portfolio for all India technology divisions and play a key role in an ongoing transformation of global technology organization.
- Detailed responsibilities will include working with technology managers and division heads in understanding the business needs, prioritizing open positions, and developing and executing recruitment strategies.
- Selected individual will be responsible for maturing the current technology recruitment team and coaching team members on identifying qualified candidates for technology roles, conducting candidate interviews, scheduling onsite interviews, and presenting and negotiating employment offers.
- For senior level positions, they will be expected to be very hands on in actively attracting and recruiting top talent.
Desired Profile:
- 10+ years of experience performing full life-cycle technology recruiting, at least 5 years of which are in a fast-paced IT software product company
- Ideal candidate comes from a corporate recruiting position with a fast growth company
- Candidates should be knowledgeable in internet recruiting techniques, familiar with working with resume management database systems, and skilled at conducting in-depth technical screens
- The ability to prioritize, manage time well, and work closely with the technology team to quickly address needs and adjust focus as needed
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Ability to contribute ideas for creative recruiting techniques
- Quick learner, with a positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
- Ability to treat sensitive and confidential information with appropriate discretion
