Senior Manager - Real Estate Operations

- Support the team to fulfill the overall strategy for maintaining and developing space requirements of Warehouse/storage strategy

- Develop the annual India real estate business plan & budget, and will be responsible for transactions to meet the business plan

- Developing regular communications to all business owners including local and central Finance managers, IT, legal, Operations, Facilities and Engineering functional representatives

- Landlord relations, negotiation and contractor management, including escalation of any issues beyond regular daily activity
