Job Description :

- A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is responsible for driving Continuous Improvement & Process Transformation projects through usage of Lean, Six Sigma and other methodologies.

- The role would require considerable change management within operations teams and client stakeholders

- The Black Belt would be required to be proficient in process mapping, bench-marking, program management in order to be able to effectively drive the above agenda

- The Black Belt would be required to mentor GB projects and drive the Continuous Improvement culture within the company

- The role would require flexibility in terms of work hours, travel and possible assignments at another or Client location
