About our Client - Our client is a Multinational company catering to all forms renewable energy including Wind, Solar, Hydro, Biomass & Energy Efficiency. With key focus on expanding in the Indian market they are looking to hire a senior resource in Project Financing based out of Delhi.

Job Description :

Reporting to the VP Corporate / Project Finance, your key responsibilities would include :

- Negotiate and structure all aspects of raising financing by way of debt and mezzanine capital (non-recourse Project Finance), executing definitive agreements for enabling the same as well as be responsible for ensuring compliance to all stipulations of loan agreements including security/charge creation and compliances for all the special purpose vehicles of the organization.

- Raise External Commercial Borrowing through overseas funding institutions, multilateral institutions and develop risk management structures for hedging currency and interest rate risks.

- To arrange for short-term borrowing, raising finance through innovative structures and arrange for non-fund based limits like Letters of Credit and Bank Guarantees etc.

- Develop a network of lenders and debt financiers and build a long-term relationship with such debt facility providers to achieve the business targets of project capacities as per the organizations business plan.

- Interact with the project/legal departments of the lending agencies and negotiate the best possible terms for the various special purpose vehicles under the loan agreements.

The Successful Candidate :

- CA and or MBA from premium institute with 6+ years of experience of first-hand finance raising debts from International / Local Financial Institutions for Projects.

- Should have strong networking with domestic lenders including PSO Banks and DFIs.

- Should also have good networking with key International lenders.
