Senior Manager - Process Excellence - BPO

- Looking for Black Belt Certified strong Lean Six Sigma Professionals for a Black Belt role at Managerial level with one of the reputed third party BPO client.

- Should have done good amount of process excellence and re-engineering for Domains having International Client placements.

- Strong KPO/ Back Office Process excellence exposure is Preferred

- Should possess very good Mentoring experience, Identifying and Implementing Process Improvement measures with Good Client management skills.

Key responsibilities of this job include:

- Lead Six Sigma Projects to deliver targeted results

- Mentor Green Belts and identify improvement projects

- Develop dashboard for management review

- Build six sigma in the DNA of organization

- Implement robust review mechanisms to track progress and for identification of opportunities
