If there is no BPO pre-sales experience, then overall 12+ years of experience is required out of which at least 6+ years should be in ERU BPO delivery. Candidate should have managed BPO delivery for atleast 2 clients across the Energy, Resources and Utilities area (preferably across utility sectors: Water, Waste Water, Electricity, Oil & Gas, Energy, Metals, Mining etc.)

Job Description:
1. Work as a Solution Design Architect, and conceptualize solutions that integrates all aspects of organizational capability to address client's business objectives and add's value to client's overall business
2. Work with onsite sales teams, in a partnership model to pro-actively research specific accounts, identify client's pain areas/business challenges, and design appropriate solutions for pro-active proposals. Convince internal and client stakeholders on the challenges identified and how the proposed solution benefits the client
3. Work with Sales and Solutions team to address reactive pursuits (RFX- s) and lead solution design activities
4. Bid management to help define/refine sales messages and ensure sales packages are developed and messages communicated to sales team/client
5. Market intelligence, Industry intelligence
6. Create presentations, collaterals, sales pitches etc.
7. Technical support for the sales team
8. Responsible for staying abreast of offering/product roadmap as well as understanding the scenarios, features and functions within each of the offerings and how these are applied to address business and technical problems
9. Responsible for preparing for meetings and tailoring communications to address business needs of potential clients as part of the pre-sales process
10. Responsible for providing feedback from the market to Solutions/Delivery teams regarding offerings including co-ordinating gaps between offering features and market/customer demands
11. Liaison with Offering Owners and Delivery Teams, understand the details of offerings and communicate information back to sales organization

Skills Required:
1. Excellent understanding of the pre-sales and solutions domain
2. Should have sound knowledge of various levers that go into creating winning solutions
3. Should be able to co-relate client requirements to various organizational capabilities that can address those requirements
4. Should have appropriate knowledge across BPO horizontal areas
5. Should understand ERU space very well both from an IT as well as BPO perspective
6. Should be well versed with recent industry trends within ERU space across key geographies (UK, Australia, US, APAC, Europe etc.)
7. Should be able to work seamlessly with various cross-functional teams
8. Should be able to lead solutioning while working with various teams
9. Ability to understand business processes and business problems
10. Strong analytical skills
11. Ability to multi-task and be able to represent multiple subjects and offerings
12. Ability to develop a broad awareness of the client's process and technical architecture to determine what is and is not possible
