- Ensuring the legal compliances as per the applicable laws, preparation of monthly legal MIS, Ensuring contractors legal compliances
- Extend necessary support to legal auditors internal and external etc.
- Liaising with statutory authorities
- Conducting new employee orientation and induction, joining formalities, maintaining employee data bank, administering staff consultation and addressing their grievances
- Implementing the HR Systems, policies and procedures for the HR operations and development
- Manpower planning and budgeting
- Sourcing and screening resumes, conducting recruitment, scheduling & interviewing candidates, discussing offers and issuing offer letters, fixing the grades, making of salary fitment and handling joining formalities.
- Conducting new employee orientation and induction, joining formalities, maintaining employee databank, administering staff consultation and addressing their grievances.
- Organizing Employee welfare, Employee Engagement, Recreational and Social activities
- Performance Appraisal of trainees, probationers and laterals
- Compiling and preparing the Performance Management System based on set KRAs/KPIs
- Performance management system including reviews
- Training and development initiatives (In house and External) to staff and workmen, executing technical, soft skill/behavioral Training Programs to all employees
- Compensation and benefits
- Ensuring the legal compliances as per the applicable laws, preparation of monthly legal MIS, Ensuring contractors legal compliances
- Extend necessary support to legal auditors internal and external etc.
- Liasoning with statutory authorities
- Looking after entire administration activities
- Active participation in all CSR activities
