Having delivered 60,000+ learning hours, the marketing team focuses on expanding the reach, building the brand and engaging with students and alumni.   As an Operations Manager, you would need to   - Ownership of online and blended mode programs across centers in India  - Plan operations in advance, identify potential constraints and prevent problems before they happen  - Contribute to setting goals and achieving revenue targets for each program  - Monitor participants satisfaction and implement measures to continuously improve learningexperience and outcomes through changes in curriculum, faculty and engagement  - Work closely and cross-functionally with program managers, tech and admissions teams to ensurebusiness requirements are met  - Take an active role in recruiting more faculty and identify opportunities for collaborations orcontributions  - Communicate regularly with stakeholders regarding operations, progress, and feedback
