Opening - E-Commerce Industry - Senior Manager - Packaging strategic Procurement - Bangalore  Job Description :  Industry Preferred : eCommerce/Logistics  - Knowledge of Packaging materials Design / Development for Secondary and Tertiary Packaging.  - Exposure on Packaging solutions related to in-transit safety and Pilferage Protective packaging.  - Coordination with Business finance team for monthly packaging budget and reconciliation.  - Should have well versed with Purchase Request / Purchase Orders process in any ERP system.  - Should have knowledge of Invoice handling & verification and supplier payment procedure.  - New Process set-up exposure for Supply chain management (including small supplies ) with Quality,cost and on-time delivery model.  - Vendor rating process setup and ABC analysis.  - Should aware of min-max level, re-order level & safety stock concepts.  - Knowledge of taxation and duty slabs for packaging materials.  - Vendor Sourcing, Vendor Evaluation, development & up gradation.  - Cost reduction through development of alternate suppliers and alternate materials  - Preparing & comparison chart of the quotations.  - Solution Provider In Crisis, Controlling Cost, Wastage, Just In Time.  - Finalizing the quotation and sending the Purchase Order to the suppliers  - Evaluating vendors & negotiating the price, delivery schedule and terms and conditions with them  - Timely clearance of payments & handling vendor inquiries  - Preparation of Supplier Agreement with vendors in their conditions of payment terms, transportation and service  - Achieving the monthly target, Accrual, Supplier payment NOC.  - Should be a self motivated individual having excellent communication skills and good interpersonal skills.  - Self Initiator, Positive attitude and team handing abilities.  If interested call on 0124-4402423
