Sr Operations Manager, Selection Expansion team, eCommerce Selection  We are hiring for E-commerce giant  Basic Qualifications:  - MBA (or equivalent Master's degree) with at least 8+ years of experience in managing data oriented operations with a minimum of 3 years of experience in interacting with global customers / stakeholders.  - Ability to think both strategically and tactically and to drive execution. Should be equally comfortable with long term planning and day to day execution against goals and customer commitments.   - Strong process/project management, prioritization, and multi-tasking capabilities.   Preferred Qualifications:  - Background in analytics /data oriented environment involving analysis of large volume of data to drive analysis and to make decisions.  - Experience in eCommerce/Hi-tech/Retail industry  Responsibility :  - We are looking for a leader to manage multiple teams (involved in executing technical and non-technical operations and data oriented analysis) and own overall planning and delivery of services to support multiple programs for the Selection expansion team.   - The person will be expected to be skilled in understanding customer needs, setting and managing expectations, building customer confidence through effective communication, reliable delivery, robust processes, and sound reporting metrics.   - The person will also be responsible for driving cost reduction (through process standardization and automation), quality improvements (by adopting appropriate audit and measurement mechanisms), and business impact across programs through policy changes and improvements in data quality and service delivery.   - The individual will also be a point of escalation for multiple teams and would report to the head of Services team for Selection Expansion.
