Designation: Senior Manager - Online Sales
Location - Mumbai / Delhi
Brief on role :
Responsible for growing and managing the relationships with web aggregators and other partners for online business in order to achieve the sales targets.
- Set up new relationships with aggregators
- Increasing share of business with each aggregator/partner.
- Look at end-to-end go live of the partner for the business.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure that adequate support is provided to the partner for running the business,
- Delivery of a robust engagement plan leading to a robust sales funnel.
- Develop compensation and R&R plan for partner and the tele-sales team.
- Measure of Success of the job includes:
a. Deliver of sales target
b. Share of business from each partner
c. Incremental business from new partners
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Prospecting, managing and driving sales from web aggregators/Online partners
2. Coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure a robust engagement with the partners
3. Track market, competition and evolving trends
4. Control and compliance
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements
- Report all complications and exceptions
- Ensure no exceptions in audit
- Adherence to distance marketing guidelines
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Graduate / Post Graduate with minimum 7-8 years of experience. Must have a previous experience in relationship management, business development and understanding of life insurance business.
- Analytical, management and planning skills
- High sales orientation
