The analytics practice is a Centre of Excellence attracting various top management professionals from across the globe to work and grow with them.   Job Profile :  Reporting to the AVP Analytics, you would be responsible to:  - Head the India delivery centre for Predictive Modeling in the Retail/ CPG domain as an AVP - Analytics  - Draw data driven insights and build predictive models e.g. Cross Sell/Up sell models, Survival Models, Customer Segmentations, Market Basket Analysis, Loyalty Analytics  - Independently manage multiple projects of varying complexities, ensuring top notch quality and timeline adherence.  - Help various project teams organize and manage client data and carry out logical accuracy and consistency checks on data  - Conduct sanity checks of analysis findings based on reasoning and past experience and ensure that deliverables are client ready  - Help and guide team members on understanding client objectives better and translate the business questions into an analytical plan with associated priorities and constraints  - Maintain client relationship and making independent key decisions related to client management  The successful candidate :  - Bachelors/ Masters degree in a numerical subject (Maths/ Stats/ Eco)  - 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in Advanced Analytics in Marketing analytics building statistic models  - Expert knowledge of advanced statistical techniques like Decision Trees, CART, SEM, Forecasting techniques and tools like regression, correlation, etc.  - Functional expertise across Marketing (Campaign tracking, ROI measurement, Multi-channel Analysis), Customer (Attrition, Response model, propensity model, customer segmentation, Loyalty, CLTV etc.) and Product (Optimal Pricing, cross-sell/Up-sell, Product assortment, benchmarking etc.)  - Strong leadership qualities exhibited by handling large team size upto 40 people in predictive model development  - Hands on experience on using statistical packages like SAS, R  - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, superior problem solving abilities and analytical thinking  - Strong Stakeholder management skills managing international stakeholders onsite and on calls.  Benefits :  - International Travel and International exposure  - An opportunity to grow exponentially in an aggressive growing environm
