Sr. Manager / Manager - Procurement Division  - Responsible for the procurement operations right from sourcing to smooth delivery of client's location.  - Would be responsible for the commercials in the procurement and trading of Agri Commodities.  - Responsible to provide in depth Market information about Grains scenario to reporting manager  - Required to take approval with relates to expenses, purchase rate and sales rates of Grains from reporting Manager.  - Manager is responsible for compliance of statutory obligations till obtaining APMC (Mandi) license and Assessment Orders etc.  - Responsible to acquire required licenses like VAT, CST, Export for the operational area/state.   - Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.  - Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.   - Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.  - Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization. Building strong working relationships both internally and with key suppliers.  - Set up meetings between client decision makers and company's practice leaders/Principals.  - Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.   - Working with suppliers to ensure that key processes are running efficiently and cost-effectively  - Understanding and keeping up with new trends and regulations in the business  - Should follow auctions and tender notifications to escalate to reporting manager  - Any other task which allocated by reporting manager
