Senior Manager/Manager - HR Project Management - BPO

Salary offered: 8 - 18 LPA

WORK LOCATION : Bommanhalli

Role would require working in afternoon shifts, and will be aligned with the internal HR team.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

1. Responsible for planning, monitoring and management of projects driven within the HR Team across locations and ensure timely completion, within the right budget and scope.

2. Manage metrics to measure performance using appropriate tools, techniques and systems

3. Potential issue/ risk identification and resolution.

4. Ensure resource availability, identification and allocation for the projects managed.

5. Preparation of Presentations and reports. Responsible for keeping all stakeholders updated on progress of the project.

6. Work with internal and external (e.g vendors etc) teams/ resources towards seamless execution of the projects as per the timelines targeted

7. Managing project budget and analysis

8. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs

9. Client/ Customer relationship management

DESIRED PROFILE:

1. Experience of 6-10 years with at least 2+ years experience in Project Management

2. Experience in HR related projects will be a definitive advantage, however not mandatory

3. PMP or related Certifications are highly desirable

4. Knowledge of MS Excel and other project management tools

5. Exceptional Time management and multitasking skills

6. Able communication and presentation skills

7. Analytical ability, with an eye for detail.

8. Ability to build relationships and influence decision making
