Job Purpose/Background:

- The objective of this role is to be a key HR business partner and front end the range of Generalist HR activities for approx. 550 employees in Operations department. This would include focus on Employee Relations, Performance Management Process, MIS and data analysis, Training Needs Identification/Analysis, Induction and On boarding, Competency Framework Implementation, and Reward and Recognition plans amongst other areas.

- The individual in this role will work closely with HR specialist teams such as Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, HR Services etc and ensure needs of the business get fed back into the overall HR planning and strategy. S/he must be able to command the respect of business and quickly establish personal credibility.

Scope and Responsibilities:

- Provide end to end HR generalist support to the business group assigned.

- Ensure HR is approachable, and knows the “pulse of the people”, and is able to feed this information back to the business for any initiatives that may need to be carried out

- Drive the new joiner onboarding process, including driving the HR Boot camp sessions, new joiner introductory mails/ focus groups. Owning feedback survey, F2F sessions and next steps.

- Support with the disciplinary cases, PIP cases (coordinating with the I&I team, coordinating with legal team to determine action, managing the process, warnings etc)

- Facilitate and implement Quarterly R&R for business groups, regularly review effectiveness of the programs and suggest improvements when required

- Working with the resourcing team for IJPs coordination, fitments, approvals & necessary communication to ensure a high quality IJP experience for staff from the business groups

- Ensure an understanding of the appraisal and performance management process by conducting employee briefing sessions and training on a regular basis, tracking online appraisal completion of staff.

- Take the lead on standardizing HR processes within the Generalist function & drive efficiencies.

- Ensure an HR presence in department town halls; skip levels, team meetings as appropriate.

- Responsible for HR MIS like attrition and the like to enable effective decision making.

- Work closely with the C&B team for the annual benchmarking exercise & performance reviews.

- Facilitate employee engagement activities in collaboration with the business, actively participate in organizational initiatives and programs from an HR perspective

Your skills and experience:

- MBA with at least 8-12 years of experience; past experience in an HRBP role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high energy levels

- Excellent team player; hands-on with a can-do approach and ability to get things done

- Pro-active with good problem solving skills

- Extremely collaborative and the ability to function in a matrix environment

- Proficient in MS Office, especially MS excel & powerpoint

- Strong prioritization and time management skills

- Honest and high on integrity
