Sr Manager/Manager - Audit & Compliance - CA & CS - FMCG/FMCD

Sr. Manager / Manager - "Audit & Compliance" for a FMCG-Based Organization.

MANDATORY REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Require a CA + CS with Minimum 8-10 years of post qualification experience from Good FMCG or Consumer Durable companies.

- Demonstrate a good level of practical experience in internal auditing.

- Candidate needs to have working knowledge of the Balance sheet.

- Comprehensive knowledge of Internal Audit standards and procedures.

- Excellent oral & written Business Communication skills in English (reading, writing, verbal and listening).

- Ability to establish credibility with business partners.

- Strong interpersonal skills.

Job Location: Corporate Office - Gurgaon (India)

Salary: Salary to be offered will depend on candidates capabilities and interview Negotiations.

Work Experience: Minimum 8 - 10 year's post relevant CA and CS experience in terms of Audit & Compliance in particular.

Qualification: Chartered Accountant + Company Secretariat (B. Com Background Only)

Industry: Candidates from a good process driven and reputed organization with good business scale.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Preparing yearly audit calendars.

- Investigate or conduct the audit of specific areas suggested by management.

- Managing end to end internal audit, process improvement reviews and Enterprise Risk Management.

- Lead the audit engagement scoping and planning process (e.g., definition of approach, scope and resource requirements)

- Candidate must be able to built good rapport with the team quickly and manage collaboratively.
