Duties and Responsibilities :
- Dealing directly with Sales Director for PAN India strategy.
- Development of alternate channel
- Needs to facilitate the sales team to increase the business for the particular chain along with all backend support.
- Support the team in MTO sales forecasting SKU wise
- Plan, implement and monitor new product launches in co-ordination with the Marketing Team
- Sales plan review with Category manager on Monthly/Quarterly/Annual basis.
- New product introduction and Product Listing
- Directly responsible for sales ( for particular chain sales for PAN India)
Technical Expertise:
- Marketing ROI Analytics
- Sales Planning Analytics
- Customer & Key Accounts Analytics
- Brand & Consumer Analytics
Requirement:
Education: Graduate (any discipline) with MBA/PG Diploma in Sales & Marketing/Business Management.
Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in handling MTO & Business strategy in a reputed FMCG company.
- Sales Management, Planning and Operational Skills
- Negotiation Skills
