- Build long term relationships and strategic alliances with clients by understanding their residential needs and delivering high quality service and prepare strategic plans accordingly
- Work with Developers to market their projects
- Dealing with the Super HNI clients
- Work towards developing productive business relationships with key partners
- Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of Client's business and key factors influencing their requirement for our services
- Responsible for meeting and or exceeding monthly sales goals
- Determining and generating Demand for Services by providing requisite options to Clients and prospects seeking residential premises for Investment or end use
- Full monitoring of transaction on the client's behalf and assisting the client to the final signing of Agreements and physical occupation/acquisition of the subject property
