Description : Head the Unit Logistics Distribution & Transportation for the Region/Unit which involves complete ownership for Planning & Logistics, Demand Planning & Customer Service for warehouses.

Job Description :

- Manage entire Supply Chain Costs, Demand Planning and Secondary freight initiatives across the region Design strategies/plans and ensure their implementation for effective logistics.

- Drive the productivity agenda and stock management for the Logistics in Secondary Freight and warehousing.

- To work with the Plant Managers and Central Supply Planning team to ensure demand supply gaps are minimised

- Lead the implementation of strategic CRS initiative for all DC in the Cluster and create a self-sustainable model between DC and Distributor.

- End to end coordination with Supply planners at Plant and HQ, co-packers, and ensure optimum usage of Plant resources

- Warehousing productivity projects at DC for improved space utilisation

Profile :

- PG in Supply Chain & Logistics Management from prestigious institute 5-6 Years of experience

- Preference will be given to diversity candidates

- Deep functional knowledge and good business Knowledge

- Understanding of logistics and warehousing operations

- Understanding of planning with an overview of S&D systems

- Prioritising & Multitasking, Data Analytics & Decision Making

- Interpersonal relations - Customer Service Orientation, Collaboration and Influencing Skills

- Leadership capability to run pilot projects and roll out through change management
