Position : Senior Manager - Litigation - Financial Firm  Industry : Banking/Financial  Job Responsibilities :   - Demand Notice U/s 13(2) of SARFAESi Act, once loan account is classified as NPA in books of Accounts.  - Strategising our next cource of Legal action after completion of service of Demand Notice U/s 13(2) of SARFAESI Act and implementing the same on strict timeline.  - Litigation pertaining to SARFAESI and obtaining Section 14 orders.  - Litigation pertaining to Arbitration and obtaining Awards  Initiating Execution Proceedings under Order XXI CPC for debt recovery by Executing Awards in following manner :  - Warrant of Attachment against properties of Judgment Debtor(s)   - Order(s) for Sale of attached property   - Order for appointment of court receiver/advocate commissioner   - Ex-parte injunction order against garnishee(s)   - Inputs to field recovery team for recovery on the basis of available legal tools   - Policy decisions on legal actions depending upon borrower, DPDs, etc.  - Filing police complaints u/s. 156(3) and follow up with Police in Fraud cases
