Industry : Banking/Financial  Job Responsibilities :   - Handling Team of 6-7 legal managers.  - Dealing with Legal matters especially the matters under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act.  - Meetings with Advocates for vetting of legal documents etc.   - Sending of notices to the defaulters in regard to the payments etc.  - Appear before the respective courts on behalf of the said Company, Against Company matters pertaining to Criminal, Civil (Title suits/Money suits), Consumer forum, compliance with RBI notices etc.  - Civil revisions, Appeals, Criminal matters etc pending before the lower courts as well as the Honble High Court.  - Liasoning with police authorities for execution of several orders of the Court as well as Warrant of arrest etc leading to recovery thereof moreover   - Follow up with Advocates for betterment of the matters pending before the Courts and thereby to put pressure upon the Defaulters so that the matters get settled and Company could have its Collections.  - Collection of money by various Legal tools from courts to the concerned Collection Managers.  - Visit with Court appointed Receivers for taking symbolic possession/physical possession etc as ordered by the respective courts in regard to the Execution application pertaining to Awards as passed by the Arbitrator.  - Meetings with Receivers/Advocates/Solicitors etc in pursuance of Collection.   - Attend various camps organised by Company as Manager - Legal.  - Maintaining TAT(Turn around time) for the job as assigned by my superior authority.  - Conducting of Lok Adalat at my location in pursuance of Collection  Salary : No Bar For The Right Candidate.
