Senior Manager - Legal - FMCG

We are handling an assignment with leading FMCG Company for the role of Sr. Manager Legal for Mumbai.

- Minimum 8 - 12 Years experience in FMCG, Phama & Consumer Goods Industry.

- Strong expertise in Consumer, Copyright, Trademark, Companies, & Patent Act.

- Strong expertise in Contract management : to Assist business in negotiating, drafting and reviewing various agreements.

- Compliance management. Team Management Skill is required.

- The candidate must be a team player and have good communication skills.

- Strong business acumen;

- Flexible and comfortable with ambiguity;

- Confidence to state an independent point of view;
