Brief of the Role:

- Managing legal issues, infringments relating to Trademarks liaison with Trademark Attorneys

- Co-ordination and assistance with units / Attorneys for Patent application filing

- Keep track of Annuity fee payment schedule for Patents

- Compliance under labor Laws

- Drafting of commercial contracts and Administration

- Land acquisition / Property matters

- Legal Suits / Litigation Management / Drafting of Court Submissions.
