- Drive L&D Strategy : Create the L&D plan for the specified business in alignment with L&D strategy with implementation plans, training calendars, and measures for training effectiveness.
Target as per T&D dashboard benchmarks:
a) Average Training man days
b) Penetration percentage
c) Training effectiveness scores
d) Cost per employee
e) Unique Learners percentage
- Build capabilities to create a - Global center of excellence-
- Effective partnering with business to build capability to deliver both short & long term.
- Effectively deploying a judicious blend of learning modes to address capability gaps.
- Training and Assessments : Facilitate annual TNA exercise for specific businesses using inputs from
a) Performance Management System
b) Business Objectives
c) identify functional & behavioral development needs of the business
- Projects/ initiatives: Drive core development programs and engagement projects for different employee segments
- OD Interventions : Identify, Facilitate the rollout & anchor OD intervention within the business
- Appropriate behavioural & leadership developmental interventions to build diverse & inclusive Talent pipeline
- Talent management & succession planning to cater to current & future organization needs
Looking for full time MBA professionals with at least 8 yrs of relevant exp into Learning & Development function.
