Senior Manager - Learning & Development - Fashion eCommerce

Role : SR Manager L&D ( MBA- H.R (Tier1 Preferred)

Exp : 4-6 Yrs.

Must: Experience into Leadership development.

JD :

- Working closely with Leadership team to understand their learning requirements/business challenges. Collaborate with the Businesses and the various stakeholders to develop appropriate strategy and learning solutions/learning products/interventions to effectively address same

- Designing and delivering world class innovative learning products on a sustainable basis. These programs should be able to address the needs of the diverse set businesses across the Group.

- Understand leadership development needs of the businesses,design and deliver high impact learning programs.

- Identify, develop and introduce new training methodologies and leverage on technology to enhance training effectiveness and value for the learners.
