Senior Manager, Learning & Development
About This Job :
The person responsible for this role is required to establish governance model & define the leadership purpose, manage and supervising the team to support all the pre-course/post-course transactions, handle queries related to the program, provide dash boards & value add metrics through analysis.
Key Responsibilities :
- In depth, end to end, understanding of the processes involved in smooth execution of the programs per the program guidelines
- Support the operational team in delivering the program as per the agreed SLA (Service Level Agreement)
- Build strong partnerships with stakeholder's that allows end to end seamless delivery of all activities and focus on delivering flawless service delivery
- Be a business partner with Group leadership and work closely with analytics team to provide meaningful analysis which influences business decisions
- Responsible for process documentation and process improvement
- Constantly drive for standardization of processes within the team
- Evidence of work through outcome from collaboration across all teams and enhance operational efficiency
- Accountable for the nominations across the assigned program
- Responsible for all the AskHR queries coming to the team, streamlining, prioritizing and delivering
- TAT is met at all times - 100% compliance
- Supervise and develop team members in delivering excellence
- Provide a strategic partnership support to the program directors
- Manage the nominations process across the program with constant liaison with learning academies, LMs and HRBP
Desired Skills And Experience :
- 14 - 16 yrs of work experience with a minimum of 5 yrs in the Learning & Development function
- Advanced standards in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Programme / Event Management
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle different initiatives co-currently
- Excellent Communication, Business writing & Time Management
- People & Stakeholder Management,
- Having an eye for details, problem solving, analytical
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and complete tasks efficiently with minimum supervision
- Person with HR qualification will be an added advantage
Technical Skills :
- Work with SABA, SharePoint, People Soft
- Manage queries through AskHR
