1) Monitoring various types of Servers for various data base including SAP, DR and web based portal. Upgradation of servers.  2) Ensure security of all systems and servers  3) To monitor and support existing internal setup and infrastructure. Change management, capacity management, back-up and perform other regular support activities to ensure effectiveness and to provide cover on such tasks when required.  4) To support and monitor internal networks and links to regional offices, other sites or the Internet, and to ensure they are configured and working correctly.   5) To plan, manage and implement Internal IT infrastructure projects and upgrades.   6) To liaise with external suppliers and support agencies for the ongoing support and maintenance of relevant hardware and software. To control and report on license compliances.   7) To ensure that all work and changes are performed in such a way as to minimize all disruption to existing business use.   8) Keeping track of the infrastructure assets and ensure that the infrastructure, hardware, software & licenses and data is kept secure at all times.   9) Chalk out, budget and execute a comprehensive development plan for internal IT infrastructure   Years of Experience: 10- 15 years  Educational Qualification: Any Graduate, MBA or PGDM (IT, Telecom, Systems)   Technical Skills Desired:   1) Should have good understanding on Systems/Network technologies   2) A strong understanding of ITIL v2 and ITIL v3 processes and frameworks
