We are a fast-growing HR startup offering our clients HR on Demand services. The services include as part of those services leadership assessments, startup audit, Learning, Talent Acquisition, performance management, leadership development and Personnel Admin Setup.

What a typical day at work would look like :

Helping customers to lead, facilitate and execute activities below :

- Create, Install and maintain performance management systems

- Write Vision, Mission, Values and goal setting exercises, Team building exercises, Organizational Restructuring, Communication Channels, Reward and Recognition programs, Succession planning.

- Conduct training on subjects like Communication Skills, Customer Orientation, Time Management, Goal Setting, Positive Thinking, Office Etiquettes and Advance Computer Skills.

- Formulate and implement Schemes, Rules, Policies; Design detailed SOPs to support policy development

- Complete development of Grade Structuring, Payroll Management

- Manpower Planning, Recruited employees upto Sr Management level, Handled bulk recruitment;

- Customize survey questionnaires, Employee satisfaction assessments, Compensation benchmarking

- Manpower MIS, Attrition analysis, Organograms, Manpower Budget, Financial impact of increments, MIS of Personnel &HRActivities

- Execute Competency mapping,administering psychometrictests

- Organize Celebrations, Outings, Sports, CEO Meets, Cultural events

Your Experience :

- Have worked in a client service background and have helped customers execute HR related projects

- Startup experience ideally in early stage startups

- Talent Acquisition experience is a must have particularly with leading teams to close more than 30 positions/month

- Have worked with senior leaders to execute programs for culture and leadership development

Our Requirements :

- Excellent academic background with MBA in Human Resources from a Top B School

- At least 5-7 years of experience in a HR role post MBA

- Industry Psychologist background

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational and inter-personal skills.

- Individual with high energy level, high level of initiatives, consistent and high performer

- Sound knowledge of HR Policies & Practices
