Help develop improved solutions for recruiting, retaining and developing key talent.   - Design assessment tools to define competency and readiness gaps for key talent.   - Design and implement strong reward and recognition system.  Functional Management :   - Lead implementation of core HR programs into the business to insure greater alignment with overall organization's HR policies and processes.   Employee Champion :  - It is important for the incumbent to have the right balance between organization's goals and employee's cause.   - Should have the strength of character to take a stand and push back leadership team wherever required.   - Facilitate an open, inclusive values-based environment. Ensure that the HR is perceived as an objective employee champion and a trusted partner.
