A highly reputed Indian Multinational having a sales turnover in excess of Rs. 1500 crores with headquarters in Mumbai and manufacturing operations in 2 locations within India has entrusted us with the selection of a Sr. Manager - HR who will report to the Head HR.
Major Areas of Responsibility :
- Establishing a strong of Performance Management process in order to drive a performance driven culture.
- Implement the talent management agenda for the managerial workforce through internal talent assessment and build bench strength for key roles through succession planning .
- Ensure engagement & retention of HI Po talent.
- Identify the capability gaps and develop capabilities (development plans, career discussions, functional capability assessments) aligned to business priorities for key talent
- Design and implement the future ready structure for the organization enabling higher productivity & better efficiency.
The position is based in the company's head office in Mumbai.
We invite applications from MBA - HR (Full Time) with 6-10 years of post qualification experience.
