- As the company embarks on the next phase of growth and operations expansion, the incumbent is expected to lead the performance management, employee engagement, talent development efforts to streamline the processes and ensure delivery of these processes.
- The role will also be a strategic HR advisor to the HR head and senior leadership team. In this pursuit, the incumbent will work closely with the HR head and business leadership team to drive the HR processes and cultural transformation needed to support the growth of the company
- Lead and Improve efficiency & effectiveness of company's operations from HR standpoint
- Lead team to deliver and make impact with processes like performance management, employee engagement, talent development
- Design appropriate dashboards required for on-going tracking of the performance of the team and assess the impact of HR processes on the organization
- Take up the key areas of improvement with the leadership team and work to define measures for improvement
- Work closely with HR head and leadership team for company-wide implementation of such measures handling the change management

- Contribute to the transformation to entrench and maintain the culture for innovation, entrepreneurship, customer service, self enhancement in all professional & personal aspects
- Contribute to the change management in all the key aspect of HR - Employee engagement, Performance management, Learning & Development etc.

- Advise on external branding of company through thought leadership & representation in appropriate HR forums, print & electronic media, social media
