Senior Manager - HR (Captive)

HR & Personnel support services to the employees through HR interventions including but not limited to Recruitment, T&D, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits & Employee welfare.
Must have :
- Master's Degree in HR or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HR of which 5 years as HR Manager for a Business Unit comprising 250-500 people
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of Labor law, taxation and statutory compliance pertaining to HR practices in India
- Excellent Communication skills (listen, analyze and influence people)
- Good Presentation skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Negotiation skills
- Ability to ensure data confidentiality
- Team Player
Nice to have:
- Experience of handling HR for an SSO
- Experienced in dealing with International workforce
- Professional membership of HR related Institute or equivalent
Main Accountabilities :
- Manage end to end Staffing duties for the Captive center - Manpower Planning, Sourcing, Selection, Compensation and Onboarding with attention given to diversity and gender equality.
- Compensation & Benefits, with particular attention to implementation of local C&B policies and ability to interpret and administer group incentive programmes.
- Personnel management, implementation of incentive and retention policies for captive.
- Takes lead in benchmarking, developing and implementing industry best HR practices for the captive.
- Talent Management i.e. defining individual plans and paths for the best talents, with the aim of developing and increasing the talent within the organization
- Work closely with the Captive Management in designing and implementing Employee Engagement programs
- HR consolidated reporting to Management
- Independently manages operational disciplinary issues
- Ensure implementation of projects and processes such as Performance Appraisal, Job Id, Retention, People Review, International Mobility, Succession Plan, Recruitment, etc.
- Collaborates with Payroll team in ensuring error free and timely payroll processing each month.
- Responsible for adherence to Labor law and statutory compliance
- Responsible for data integrity in HR systems
- Provides all HR operational support to ensure total compliance with local requirements, ethical standards, and best practices
- Controls HR function budget
