Position Summary (Comprehensive summary of what the job exists to accomplish) :
- Work with the VP - Human Resources to design and execute the Performance Management, C&B & HR Automation strategy for the organization.
Key Accountabilities (A collection of duties and/or responsibilities assigned) :
- Driving and influencing key HR processes within the business (Performance Management, Compensation Management, HR Automation)
- Working relations include interactions with Senior Management Team members to discuss on HR issues, clarify on queries
Payroll team for payroll inputs and related queries
C&B team to drive PMS, Appraisal and Increment cycles
- Members of the Leadership Team
Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications (Framework required by the position) :
- MBA in Human Resources (CAT A Institutes )
- Minimum 4 years of HR experience
- Proven working experience as a compensation and benefits specialist.
- Proven experience of HR systems
- Desirable that the person has done one stint as HRBP / Talent acquisition.
Personal Attributes & Competencies :
- Excellent oral & written communication, Analytical skills, proficiency in excel, good knowledge of HR concepts, attention to detail, networking and stakeholder management skills.
