Role : Senior Manager - HR Operations - BFSI
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current Labor laws.
- Participate in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits.
- Making recommendations on changes to pension and insurance schemes
- Developing and maintaining personnel record systems in accordance with current Labor Laws.
- Quantitative Computations during Appraisal cycle.
- Increment calculations & Promotion data Validation during appraisal cycle.
- Payroll Processing & management
- Calculation of Variable Pay Data Company Wide
- Company-wide Talent Analytics
- Preparation and circulation of various Employee related dashboards for relevant stakeholders
- Custodian of all Employee Data
- Oversee Employee Benefits including ESIC
- Liaison with Finance & Accounts Team for all cost data flow
- Manage HR Operations Team centrally as well as across regions (All Employee Life-cycle activities from On-boarding to Exit)
Experience & Skills :
- Prior experience in HR practices and employee life-cycle management
- Adequate knowledge of current labor laws and regulations
- Experience in handling high Headcount
- Experience of 6-12 years in HR Operations
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels
- Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to prioritize work, Multi-tasking and manage time effectively
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
