Position - Senior Manager Hr ( Generalist Role )

Designation - Senior Manager

Reporting - Head Hr ( India / Apac ) & Site Leader Operations

Working Hours : 12 Noon To 9pm

Location :- Gurgaon

About the Centre : CLIENT offshore analysis and research support services, now known as Research Optimization Centre, provides support to CLIENT group companies across the world as well as non CLIENT companies.

Ctc - 11lac to 14lac p.a.( including incentives ) ; depending upon current CTC and experience.

Candidate Profile:

Experience in HRBP role from ITES / RESEARCH / KPOs / MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY FIRMS / TELECOM industry. ( ideally ).

IT / ITES recruitment exposure will be an advantage.

- Should be a resident of Gurgaon / South Delhi / Surrounding areas. ( will be an advantage ; not mandatory ).
