Description - An excellent opportunity to work as a Senior HR Business partner for Financial Services business with a globally leading professional services provider

Client Details :

Our Client is a globally leading professional services firm with sound presence across the major countries worldwide. Owing to their growing business in India, they are looking to hire a Sr. Manager HR for Financial services business (largest business vertical) to manage the entire HR processes and policies for 1000 employees. The position is based in Gurgaon

Description :

Reporting into the AVP HR, your responsibility will include :

- Leading the HRBP function for the Financial services business vertical responsible for 1000 employees

- Work closely with the business heads (30 people approximately) to drive consistency and ensure global framework across HR policies

- Develop and build strong influential relationships and HR solutions for the Financial Services vertical in line with the overall people & business strategy

- Responsible for all strategic interventions and standardization of all HR practices

- Support transitioning from conventional HR processes to newer best practices

- To coach and challenge business leaders on all aspects of people strategy and HR related issues to raise the bar on performance across the Financial Services vertical

- Translate strategy in workable processes & initiatives that align and leverage interventions like Culture, Talent & employee experience

- Spearhead all HR initiatives & change projects ensuring Key stakeholder management locally & globally

- Participate in the development of business strategies and ensure these are translated into practical and prioritised HR strategies that fit local needs.

- Effectively manage multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth functioning of the HR processes and tools for the business

Profile :

- You will come with 8-10 years of experience

- Should be innovative and hands on in business partnering

- MNC experience is mandatory

- Candidates from Consultancy/Banking and Financial Services/ IT and ITes industry should apply

- MBA(HR) is mandatory

- Proven track record of managing multiple complex stakeholders and working in a matrix organisation is a must have
