Job Description :  Designation : Senior Manager - HRBP  Work Location : Gurgaon.  - Responsible for Employee Engagement & Employee Touch Programs for the segment.  - Deploying all HC programs and proactive retention measures for the segment including Executing early warning system.  - Providing feedback on HR programs and supporting line leaders in career / development discussions.  - Closely understanding what is driving the attrition and taking measures to control the same.  - Excellent time management, organisational and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities.  - Supporting exit interviews - Actual connect, floor intelligence.  - Acts as a liaison for the brokerage of services between segments and internal or external providers and implements corporate driven initiatives.  - Establishing a strong partnership with Employee Relations and Operations shared service to enable operational execution.  - Building Effective working relationships with the Human Resources shared services team to ensure effective development and implementation of programs, and processes to meet business needs.   - Provides the definition and communication of the organisation's culture, mission and values which guides the decisions and actions of employees of the organisation.   - Acts as a change agent to the business and designs approaches which prepare one for ongoing change and transformation.   Education : Masters (Full time)in Human Resources, Business or related field from Premier Institute only.
